How long do I have to use my package?
SUVARNA 5+1 Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase.
SUVARNA 10+2 Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase.
What do I get with SUVARNA 5+1?
Purchase 5 treatments and receive your 6th treatment on us.
Choose either our 60-minute or 90-minute package.
What do I get with SUVARNA 10+2?
Purchase 10 treatments and receive 2 additional treatments on us, giving you 12 treatments in total.
You’ll also receive your choice of Hot Stone or Aroma Relief Oil complimentary with every eligible package treatment.
Can I choose different massages with my package?
Yes. Your package can be used towards eligible SUVARNA full-body massages of the purchased duration, giving you the freedom to choose a treatment according to how your body feels each visit.
Do I need to book all my treatments at once?
No. Book each treatment when you’re ready, subject to availability.
Can I share my package with someone else?
Yes. Your SUVARNA Package can be shared with friends or family, so you can enjoy your treatments yourself or share the experience with someone you care about.
Can packages be refunded?
SUVARNA Packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can packages be combined with other promotions?
Package treatments cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice, while rescheduling requires at least 3 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, late rescheduling, or missed appointments may result in the booked session being deducted from your package.
